Malia 16-18 Months

Oh my sweet girl.  L.O.V.E. her!

I love dressing up my little dolly.  She is so stinkin' adorable.  Her big eyes, and wide smile brighten up my day, and her quirky walks and movements make it so fun to dress her in fun colors and layers.

Papa has another little girl in his life and he loves his grand-daughter and she loves him!

She is always making me smile!

She always has to try on other people's hats and shoes . . . . she LOVES shoes!

 . . . . AND she LOVES purses . . . anything becomes a purse!

She's a tough cookie and lets Gabe bounce & wrestle her all day long.

AND, she LOVES dip, and will eat anything if we give her some dip of any kind.

4th of July 2012

Each year we go to Ray & Carole Grove's home on Angle Lake and have so much fun!

The water was so chilly, so Mike let Malia stand on the windboard holding up one side of their dock, and she would kick and splash and dip her head in and whip it back up.

My "sisters!" I love these two. They are mother & daughter, but both are my sisters and some of the most incredible women ever!

Carbonado Glacier

The Carbonado Glacier has a trail leading up to it, that is a gorgeous route and easily tackled by hikers and mountain bikers for most of the way.  We rode for 5 hours with Malia in the bike trailer and Gabe riding the tag-along bike.  It was so fun and the kids LOVED it.  After we would break for lunch or small hikes, she would run back to the trailer and climb in without coaxing. 

Father's Day

Father's Day weekend, was the first weekend my parents spent the night in their new suite!  I loved having more space for them to stay and hopefully they'll want to stay longer each time they come.  We love the guys in our life and our guys love us so much .  Thank you Dad and Babe for loving us sooooooooo much!

Sunday morning of Father's Day, Mike took Gabe with him to football camp.  I was one nervous mama, because Mike teaches at a really rough school where Gabe could learn all sorts of very naughty things, but Mike's guys did great and have really grown in their behaviors.  They all had a great time for 5 days and I got a lot done around the house before the wedding shower that following weekend.
